▪ Experience in identifying and calculating Energy and Water Conservation Measures within the built environment and selected industrial sites. Lead the project management of projects including development of sales proposals, installation of energy conservation measures (ECM), and delivery of savings results and thereafter measure and verify (M&V) the savings.
▪ Experience in managing and analyzing large, real-time datasets, integrating site energy systems (EMS, BAS, meters) to the cloud environment, and implementing energy and utility management solutions.
▪ Experience in Trane Trace 700 computer modeling for energy performance buildings including heat flow analysis of building envelope, and energy savings calculations.
▪ Experience in PPL Incentives program for commercial, residential, and industrial customers for equipment upgrade and performance-based solutions.
▪ Three years of experience in PECO Smart Ideas Energy Saving Incentives program for government, intuitional, and non-profit commercial customers.
▪ Three years of experience in Department of Energy (DOE) Projects including energy efficiency enhancement, measurement and verification, productivity improvement, and waste minimization assessments of small to medium-sized industrial facilities, commercial, and residential buildings.
▪ Hands-on Experience with Lighting, HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Process Heating, Water Heaters, Compressors, Motors, Fans, Controls, and Blowers.
▪ Certified Energy Manager (CEM #23500) by the Association of Energy Engineers.
▪ Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP #6253) by the Association of Energy Engineers.
▪ Certified Energy Auditor (CEA#2625) by the Association of Energy Engineers.
